2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Chhauradano (Mahuawa) P.S. Case No. 84 of 2024 dated 03.04. 2024 registered for the offences punishable u/s 326, 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, when the informant along with his staff Karma Kumar was sitting at his shop, four miscreants ridden on two motorcycles came and fired indiscriminately, on account of which, the informant sustained firearm injuries on his back.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24362 of 2025(2) dt.24-06-2025 2/3 this case. The petitioner is named in the FIR. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted bail by the co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 24.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. of 11615 of 2025. The petitioner has four criminal antecedents as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, in connection with Chhauradano (Mahuawa) P.S. Case No. 84 of 2024, with the conditions:
(i) The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bond of the petitioner is liable to be cancelled.
