14-09-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel through video conferencing. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the relief sought for in paragraph - 1 of the present writ petition, an appeal has already been filed on 19-03-2020 before the concerned respondent i.e. respondent no. 4/State Project Director, Govt. of Bihar (Annexure - 13 to the writ petition), but till date, same is still pending for consideration and as such, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer for disposal of
