Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Benipatti P.S. Case No.274 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant named the petitioners along with Sikandar Das, the son of petitioners no.1 and 2 and alleged that Sikandar Das with the help of the petitioners kidnapped his minor daughter.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father, mother and sister of Sikandar Das. The police after investigation did not find the accusation true against the petitioners. Sikandar Das has already been granted regular bail. The victim has already been recovered. The victim did not

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are father, mother and sister of Sikandar Das, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No.274 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
