JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State along with learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 324, 307, 504, 506, 120B of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No.07 of 2024.
3. The learned counsel for the informant at the outset submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that there is specific allegation against this petitioner and Anjani Kumar of firing twice causing injury to the father-in-law of the informant near his eye and hand and accordingly the injured was taken to DMCH, Darbhanga for treatment. It is next submitted that the injuries suffered by the

4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is not in a position to rebut the submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant that fatherin-law of the informant received gun shot injury as recorded herein above and the injuries are grievous in nature.
5. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, accordingly, the regular bail application is rejected.
