This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4146 of 2022.

It has been submitted that inadvertently in the prayer portion of the bail petition A.C.J.M., 1st, Khagaria, has been mentioned in place of A.C.J.M., 1st Kishanganj, as a result of which, in the 2nd page of the order dated 04.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4146 of 2022, by which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail, it has been typed as A.C.J.M., 1st Khagaria, in place of A.C.J.M. 1st Kishanganj. Considering the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the bail petition.

No. 4146 of 2022 is modified to the extent that the words "A.C.J.M., 1st, Khagaria" appearing in the 2nd page of the order will be read as "A.C.J.M., 1st, Kishanganj". The time granted to the petitioner to surrender in the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today. This Modification Application is allowed with the modification as above.
