2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Biroul P.S. Case No. 398 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 310(4), 310(6), 310(5), 317(5), 61(2) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the petitioner along with other accused persons assembled in the house of Bambam Jha for committing some crime. The police apprehended the accused persons including the petitioner in the said house. On search, only a damaged screen touch mobile has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the said recovery. Due to dirty local politics, the petitioner has made accused in this case. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2024 having one criminal case against him. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-I, Biroul, Darbhanga in connection with Biroul P.S.
