Patna High Court MJC No.1180 of 2014 (2) dt.22-06-2015 2/2 examine and decide the same in accordance with law and the observations made earlier in the order dated 23.07.2007 in C.W.J.C. No. 12564 of 2005.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
