JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-06-2017 By order, dated 08.12.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53154 of 2016, the petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 63 of 2016. The petitioners could not furnish bail bonds in pursuance of the said order within time. Hence, time was extended by order, dated 13.02.2017, vide Cr. Misc. No. 2952 of 2017 and again on 29.03.2017 vide Cr. Misc. No. 15494 of 2017. Again prayer is for extension of time.

By way of last indulgence, further, six weeks time is allowed for furnishing bail bonds on payment of cost of rupees two thousand in the victim compensation fund. Accordingly, this application stands allowed. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
