Title Suit No. 236/2011 is pending for consideration before the Sub Judge IV, District Court, Muzaffarpur. It is hoped and expected that an early resolution of the Title Suit will be made so that
Patna High Court LPA No.1188 of 2016 dt.05-12-2017 2/2 the parties can lead their life on the basis of the declarations so made. An early resolution is, however, possible provided the parties to the dispute and their counsel desire and co-operate in early disposal of the Title Suit.
The Appeal is otherwise dismissed.
