JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2017 By way of present modification application, petitioner seeks to modify the satisfaction portion of order dated 16.12.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 48688 of 2016, vide which the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertent mistake in the earlier petition filed, he has mentioned ACJM, Gaya in place of ACJM, Sherghati, Dist - Gaya, for which learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the petition on oath and prayed for modification of satisfaction portion of the order dated 16.12.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 48688 of 2016. Considering the averments made in the modification application and also the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, order dated 16.12.2016 passed in Criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25747 of 2017 (2) dt.21-06-2017 2/2 Miscellaneous No. 48688 of 2016 satisfaction portion of the said order is modified to the extent that it should be read as "to the satisfaction of ACJM, Sherghati, Dist-Gaya in place of ACJM, Gaya.

With the above observation, this modification application is allowed.
