Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was rejected by this court vide order dated 15.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 14311/2015 and analogous cases. Again, fresh petition under section 438 of the Cr.P.C has been filed on the ground that prayer for bail of one co-accused, namely, Sanoj Kumar was rejected by this court passing the same order but police after due investigation, submitted final form against co-accused Sanoj Kumar. I do not find any force in the ground taken by the petitioners and, therefore, again, this anticipatory bail petition filed in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9250 of 2017 (2) dt.21-06-2017 with Sadar P.S. Case no. 14/2015 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea stands rejected.
