====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-06-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khusrupur P. S. Case No. 136 of 2016 instituted under Sections 323, 325, 341, 379, 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation, in brief, is that on the issue of cow dung, accused persons are said to have assaulted the informant and his grandson Kundan Kumar with iron rod, lathi and garasa causing injuries to them.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and the informant are neighbours and on a petty issue

No.20860 of 2017 (2) dt.13-06-2017 2/2 they fought with each other and there is a case and counter case and earlier case was lodged by the petitioners' side and injury on the person of Kundan Kumar is abrasion on left side of nose, on the persons of informant is lacerated wound on left elbow and palm, Chandan Kumar also got two lacerated wounds and all are simple in nature and not on the vital part of the body and these petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, namely, Ganesh Sao, Indrani Devi, Jitendra Sao and Karu Sao, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Khusrupur P.S.Case No. 136 of 2016; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
