Having considered the issue raised in this application, we do not find any reason to review our order dated 04.10.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.8080 of 2018 inasmuch as the issue raised, has already been gone into by us and disposed. The petitioner if so aggrieved by the decision, can take recourse to the appropriate remedy as available to him in law. The review application is dismissed.
