Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of D.P. Act.
From perusal of mediation report dated 19.02.2020, it appears that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through mediation process on the terms of settlement, mutually agreed by the parties.
In view of the mediation report dated 19.02.2020, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner, vide order dated 09.04.2019 is hereby confirmed, on the following conditions:-

(1) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and shall remain physically present as directed by the Court and his absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his bail bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.
(2) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the witnesses, in that case the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail.
