The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwali (Jogsar) P.S. Case No. 363 of 2018 for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2018. He further submits that the F.I.R. was lodged against unknown and only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Guddu Kumar, the petitioner has been made accused in the instant case. Considering the fact that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and he is in custody since 18.08.2018, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with
