ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-02-2016 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 02.03.2015 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in Motihari Nagar P.S. Case No. 409 of 2014 by which he has refused to release the vehicle Tata Safari bearing Registration No. BR05P2765. Considering that the Petitioner is the financing agent and the Opposite Party No. 2 had defaulted in payments, let the aforesaid Tata Safari vehicle be released in favour of the Petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order after due verification of his identity and paper on such conditions as the Court may deem fit and proper.
With the aforesaid observations, the Application stands disposed off.
