The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Katihar (T) P.S. case No. 182 of 2016 under Section 353, 435 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The S.H.O of Sahayak P.S., Katihar Sadar alleged that in patrolling time he got information that a boy was dashed by a speeding truck and the boy died on the spot. The mob assembled there and brutally assaulted the driver of the truck. The informant named Nandan Singh, Karan Singh, Rahul Yadav and Shambhu Paswan and claimed to have identified them in the mob. During the course of investigation the name of petitioner figured in the case.

No.27969 of 2016 (2) dt.02-09-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in Katihar (T) P.S. Case No. 182 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
