This is repeat application seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Siswan (M.H. Nagar) P.S. case no. 17 of 2016, registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the IPC. The petitioner along with other co-accused(s) had earlier moved for anticipatory bail which was considered and under the order dated 29.08.2016 (Annexure-1) prayer for anticipatory bail made on behalf of the present three petitioners was rejected whereas co-accused Shila Kumari was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19455 of 2017 (2) dt.21-06-2017 2/2 Upon hearing the counsel for the petitioners, this Court finds no merit in the present application. It is, accordingly, rejected.
