JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 68 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 498A, 349 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case under Section 498A of IPC with an allegation of demand and torture.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that during the pendency of this application, the matter has been settled between the parties and now they agree to live separately. Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 has also admitted the above facts.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,

No.20927 of 2019(5) dt.09-07-2019 2/2 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 68 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, on condition that they will be abide by the terms of compromise, if any.
