Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sadar (Mabbi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 285 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 307, 354A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It would appear from perusal of case diary that petitioners were noticed by the investigating officer in course of investigation and in pursuant to the aforesaid notice, they appeared and subsequently, they were set free on execution of bonds. In the aforesaid circumstance, this petition stands

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48022 of 2014 (4) dt.23-06-2015 disposed of with direction to petitioners to surrender and seek regular bail before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga/concerned court in connection with Sadar (Mabbi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 285 of 2014 within four weeks from today and if petitioners do so, the concerned court shall pass appropriate order on the prayer of the petitioners keeping in mind the principle as laid down by a Bench of this Court in Mahendra Singh vs. State of Bihar reported in 2004(3) PLJR, 491.
