The petitioner is in custody in connection with Madhwapur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018 (G.R. No. 1583 of 2018), registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody in connection with seizure of 45.360 liters of Nepali wine from three motorcycles. He submits that other co-accused persons have been granted bail by the Court below itself and the petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2018. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79648 of 2018(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd cum- Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Madhwapur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018, G.R. No. 1583 of 2018, as also the condition that in future the name of the petitioner is found involve in such activities, the bail of the petitioner in the instant case will be cancelled by the Court below.
