21-09-2020 Following is the relief, which the petitioner has sought : - "For directing or commanding to the respondents to consider grievances of Petitioner relating to appeal against medical unfitness of constable (GD) Exam- 2018, contained in Form No. 2 of Constable (GD) Exam -2018 in view of Medical Fitness certificate which is contained in Form No.3, issued by Dr. Shailendra Kumar, Civil Assistant Surgeon,

Sadar Hospital, Chapra as well as Dr. Surendra Mahto, Medical officer, Sadar Hospital, Chapra whereby they have duly examined and found/declared the Petitioner medically fit for the said post.

ii. And further for directing the respondents authorities to arrange a fresh medical test for petitioner under the fresh medical board in All India Institute of Medical Science, Patna/Delhi because in view of the medical fitness report she has not knock knee, which is within normal limit.

iii. And also for directing the respondents authorities to maintain the mandate of Rule relating to Medical Examination for the post of Constable (GD) in Central Reserve Police Force.

iv. And also for issuance of any other writ(s), order(s), direction(s), to which the petitioner may deem just proper and necessary in view of the facts and circumstances discussed herein under."

It has been informed on behalf of the Union of India that the petitioner's case shall be considered by a review medical board and she has been informed about constitution of review medical board for her medical test to be held on 29.10.2020.

As the review medical board has been constituted, no further direction is required in the present proceeding. It will be open for the respondents to examine all the documents, which the petitioner presents before the review medical board for taking a final decision on the point of her medical fitness for appointment to the post of Constable (G.D.).

This application stands disposed of.
