This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sitamarhi PS Case No. 678 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)1, 26/35 of the Arms Act and Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case, there is allegation of recovery of 15 pieces of Ativan tablet which is psychotropic drug, along with one country made pistol and two cartridges. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi PS Case No. 678 of 2018.
