The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 308, 147, 341, 323 and 325 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on the informant going to settle the fight between two groups of boys, it is stated that the nine accused persons including the petitioner herein assaulted him with lathi, danda etc. as a result of which he was injured. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 15.2.2021 and chargesheet has been submitted

It is further submitted that the urgency of hearing of this application is that the father of the sole petitioner died on 10.9.2021.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner being in custody for more than 7 months together with chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case no. 12 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Barh.
