He has filed the present writ application for payment of his post retiral dues and other benefits which have not been settled.
Since no counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna, this writ application is disposed of with a direction upon the Municipal Commissioner of Patna Municipal Corporation that on an application being filed with regard to the claims of the petitioner with a copy of this order, the rightful claim of the petitioner would be settled in accordance with the directive of the Division Bench with regard to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.3384 of 2016 dt.16-05-2016 chronological order of payment on some of the issues. So far as G.I.C. and other things are concerned, those issues will also be expedited and be paid within a reasonable time frame. This writ application stands disposed of with the direction/observation aforesaid.
