The applicant is stated to be the second wife of Pankaj Mandal. There were allegations over the entire family with the deceased appears to have been done to death by all the persons against whom omnibus allegations have been made. Three of the co-accused have been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 42418 of 2017 on 17.10.2017. The applicant, being claimed to be the second wife, contends that she was not even remotely connected with the internal differences between the family and the cause of death of the death appears to be some internal difference between Pankaj and the deceased, as a result whereof a possible suicide by the deceased is said to be the cause of her death. This Court is not inclined to either accept or reject the

No.1009 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 said plea at this stage, but in view of the fact that the other coaccused have been bailed out against whom similar allegations have been levelled, the applicant is also entitled for bail. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail/bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Rupauli (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 251 of 2016.
