JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.2822 of 2014, giving rise to Trial No.2179 of 2016, registered under Sections 498(A), 323 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Allegation in brief is that the informant was married with one Pintu Kumar, son of the petitioners. It is alleged that after marriage, she was harassed and tortured for further demand of dowry and ousted from the matrimonial home, before that forcibly her LTI was taken on a divorce petition.

No.20879 of 2017 (2) dt.13-06-2017 2 / 2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law and the allegation against them are general and omnibus and the learned Sessions Judge has observed that the allegation is not serious against them but in spite of that the anticipatory bail was rejected and these two petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate (East), Muzaffarpur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2822 of 2014, giving rise to Trial No.2179 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
