2. The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to re-appoint him on the post of Ward Secretary of Ward No. 11 of Hasanpur Gram Panchayat in the District of Saran. It is the petitioner's claim that he was appointed as Ward
Patna High Court CWJC No.9463 of 2020(6) dt.10-12-2021 2/2 Secretary under popular scheme of Chief Minister's Saat Nischaya Yojana.
3. On perusal of the writ application, we are of the view that the petitioner has not been able to make out any case of his legal right to continue as Ward Secretary under the said scheme. It is also not in dispute that election of the said Panchayat has already been held and results have been declared.
4. This application is accordingly dismissed. Dismissal of the writ application, however, shall not preclude the petitioner from approaching any competent authority for redressal of his grievance, if any.
