JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-02-2021 The present writ application has been filed for quashing of the order 27.11.2019 issued by the District Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah vide memo No. 2406 whereby a Gairmazarua land has been transferred to the Panchayati Raj Department, Government of Bihar for construction of Panchayat Bhawan.
The learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submits that the petitioners have earlier filed a representation before the District Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah and the Executive Engineer, Bagha, West Champaran addressing their grievances before them but till date, no such order has been passed on their representation by any of the authority.
In view of the above, the present writ application is disposed off with a direction to the petitioners to file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah
Patna High Court CWJC No.9325 of 2020(2) dt.26-02-2021 3/3 (respondent No. 5) along with a copy of this order for redressal of their grievances within a period of four months from today, who, on receipt of such representation shall pass orders in accordance with law within a further period of four months.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
