2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 331 of 2021 dated 02.06.2021 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 30(a), 36 and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 2300.760 litres illicit English liquor was recovered from different vehicles and different places.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion. Nothing was recovered from the conscious possession or from the house of the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application and submits that petitioner carries two criminal antecedents of similar nature.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Excise Court-I, Sitamarhi, in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S.
