The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 27 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 409, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Allegations levelled in the first information report do not constitute any offence under section 420, 409, 120B/34 I.P.C. Charge-sheet has already been submitted in the case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.28752 of 2017 (3) dt.24-07-2017 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Barahiya P.S.
