JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Narhat (Sitamarhi) P.S. Case No. 237 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assault by khanti to the informant causing injury to him. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and even the injury is found to be simple in nature. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail
