This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 29.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49431 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in the petition for bail the name of the district in the address of the petitioner has been mentioned as "Muzaffarpur"

in pace of "East Champaran"

and accordingly the same mistake crept up in the order granting bail.

In view of the above, let the name of district in the address of the petitioner be read as "East Champaran" in place of "Muzaffarpur".

The time granted for surrender is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24090 of 2022(2) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 also extended by four weeks from today.

The order dated 29.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49431 of 2021 is modified to the above extent. The application stands disposed of.
