This application for regular bail arises out of Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 169 of 2020 corresponding to Special Case No. 02 of 2020, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 41, 42 and 50 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985. It is alleged in the F.I.R. that from behind petitioner's house, the police recovered 2.50 kg of Ganja, a weighing machine and few weights. The petitioner is in custody since 02.03.2020. It has been stated in paragraph 3 of the application that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances and the quantity of contraband substance said to have been seized from behind the house of the petitioner, this application is allowed.
