The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No.231 of 2021 registered for offences under Section 30(a), (d), 34, 36 and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

In view of the fact that the petitioner was not caught on the spot and recovery of illicit liquor has been made from public place, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

The petitioner will visit G.B. Nagar Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
