2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 60 of 2025, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 338, 336(3), 318(4), 303(2), 317(4) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that, the petitioner was caught with a stolen motorcycle by the police and on demand of papers, he failed to produce any valid documents for the same.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. No incriminating material has been recovered from

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner bought the motorcycle from co-accused, namely, Premjeet Kumar for Rs. 7500/- without having any knowledge that the same is a stolen one. It is further submitted that co-accused person has been granted bail by the learned Court below. The petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2025 and has got no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 60 of 2025.
