JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.33 of 2017, registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal.
Allegation in brief is that the informant's minor daughter was enticed away by one Mukesh Kumar and other coaccused helped him in enticing away the girl. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant's daughter is major as per her school certificate. She has willingly married with Mukesh Kumar. Her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. was recorded wherein she admits that she has willingly married with Mukesh Kumar.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20933 of 2017 (2) dt.13-06-2017 2 / 2 in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.33 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
