This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 215 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 307, 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code. This is a case of murder. The petitioner has been named in the self-inculpatory statement of co-accused. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
