JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2022 A show cause has been filed by the contemnor Darbhanga Municipal Corporation, Darbhanga wherein it has been stated that all the admissible dues payable to the petitioner have already stood paid. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner contends that certain small amounts are remaining to be paid which at the moment cannot be enumerated in absence of the detailed calculation chart being supplied to the petitioner, hence, he submits that the petitioner be permitted to avail the remedy of approaching the concerned authority for redressal of his subsisting grievances.
