The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 447 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant woke up on hearing the sound of barking of dogs and saw that all the doors of his house were open. The informant identified the petitioner and others while they were fleeing after committing theft. It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. The petitioner is a covillager of the informant and happens to be a friend of Saheb Miyan and, that is why, he has been falsely implicated in the case but in view of the allegation made against the petitioner that the informant identified the petitioner and others while they were fleeing after committing theft, I am not inclined to enlarge the
