The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 and 354(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/12 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Allegedly, it is a case of abduction of the minor daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioners has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that main allegation of committing wrong or outraged the modesty is against main co-accused Vicky Kumar. He further submits that petitioner is father of main co-accused Vicky Kumar, due to which, he has falsely been implicated in

He further submits that from perusal of the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. wherein she alleged that the main allegation is against co-accused Vicky Kumar and not against this petitioner. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District & Sessions Judge-7-cum-Special Judge POCSO Act, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda in connection with Nagarnausa P.S. Case No. 146 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
