Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25 (1-b)a/26/27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that the petitioner and others were terrorizing a person on the point of pistol. When the police came they fled away leaving the pistol. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 24.12.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

No.21655 of 2019(2) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Muffasil Police Station Case No.455 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
