JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2020 Heard Mr. Ajay Kumar Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Tarkeshwar Nath Thakur, learned APP for the State through virtual Court proceeding.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Excise Case No. 201 of 2019 (P.R. No.06 of 2019), registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation has been made that Police has recovered huge quantity of liquor from the house of one Laddu Kumar @ Prince, which was kept under the ground. The petitioner has also been implicated in the aforesaid case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire recovery has been made from the house of said Laddu

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21835 of 2020(2) dt.10-07-2020 2/2 Kumar @ Prince, who has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No.20936 of 2020. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2020.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Excise Case No. 201 of 2019 (P.R. No.06 of 2019). However, this is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence before the nearest Police Station by 7th of every month for six months, failing which, the present order will be treated to have been cancelled.
