2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 440 of 2023 offences punishable under Sections 323, 354, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per complaint case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, these petitioners abused and assaulted the complainant and also tried to outrage the modesty of her. It is further alleged that petitioners snatched Mangalsutra and cash of Rs. 6,000/-.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28824 of 2024(2) dt.02-09-2024 2/2 submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Further submission is that due to dispute over the drainage of water, a simple maarpit took place between the parties. Both the parties are next door neighbours. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. No specific over act is against the petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the bail application.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Complaint Case No. 440 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
