The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No.48 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that illicit liquor has been recovered from Darwaja of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
