1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case no. 303/2022 registered under sections 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)(a) and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that the petitioner was ploughing her agricultural land. On the informant resisting, the petitioner started to abuse and assault her. Subsequently, he came to her house and fired on her sons, however, they escaped.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. From the narration of the F.I.R itself it would transpire that the cause

5. Heard learned A.P.P for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation, the petitioner being in custody for 5 months since 25.11.2022 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case no. 303/2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
