The present writ application has been filed for quashing of letter, dated 17.01.2005, issued by the Secretary, Bihar Intermediate Education Council, Patna, whereby and whereunder the petitioner had been asked to file show cause as to why not Patel Inter College, Ghosiya Khurd, Rohtas, be not recognized and it be not merged with Patel Degree College.

From the records, it appears that the recognition/affiliation of the petitioner's College had not been extended from the academic sessions 2004 to conduct

Patna High Court CWJC No.3747 of 2005 (9) dt.24-04-2017 2/2 Intermediate course.

Since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, it is not known as to what are the developments after filing of the present writ application. The relief, as sought for in the writ application, cannot be considered at this stage in the background of facts and circumstances and in the absence of learned Counsel for the petitioner.

This application stands disposed of.
