On account of pendency of investigation of Nathnagar PS Case No.40/2000 causing inconvenience to the petitioner, an accused in that very case, led the petitioner to approach this Court for quashing of the same under different nomenclature including the present one. By way of supplementary counter affidavit, it has been brought up on record that investigation has already been concluded and no case has been found against the petitioner on account thereof, final report has been submitted, Annexure-C. That being so, the major grievance of the petitioner is found completely redressed, therefore, the instant petition has

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.513 of 2014 (8) dt.24-06-2015 become worthless, infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of. However, petitioner will be at liberty to raise his grievance against registration, pendency of instance case for such a long period including claim of compensation in accordance with law.
