The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Parbatta P.S. Case No.42/2017, G.R. No.321/2017 registered for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioners have been indicted with assaulting the informant by means of 'Lathi' and 'Garasa'.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that they are innocent persons and have committed no

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19394 of 2017 (02) dt.13-06-2017 - 2 - offence. The allegations levelled against them are omnibus in nature. There is no injury report of the informant on record. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations as made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000.00 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Khagaria in Parbatta P.S. Case Nol.42/2017, G.R. No.321/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
