The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sour Bazar (Patarghat O.P.) P.S.Case No.292 of 2018 dated 18.5.2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307, 353, 435, 427, 506, 332, 333 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners and several other accused persons is of creating road blockade and also assaulting the Circle Officer.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are named in the FIR but nothing specific has been attributed against them and they have no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1571 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar (Patarghat O.P.) P.S.Case No.292 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition to co-operate in the investigation of the case..

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
